Kong Barbell started in late 2023, the goal of opening this gym is to create a team of people from all different experience levels and bring them together.
Whether you are just starting on your fitness journey, or are experienced and want to be around like minded people in a motivational environment, Kong Barbell has everything you need to meet your goals.
